And is this not the same thing as gianduia?
Pronounced "bah-cho", this is either a flavor (of gelato, if you found this article), or you're in a chocolate shop trying to figure out what flavor profile you're about to get yourself into.
If you're using a translation app, it's probably making the task even more difficult since "bacio" translates as "kiss" and "Baci", what bacio is named after, translates as "kisses".
Baci is one of the most famous chocolates offered by Perugina, comprised of a small pat of gianduia with a single hazelnut on top, covered in dark chocolate.

Gelaterie have taken inspiration from this and often offer a "bacio" flavor, which is like a dark chocolate equivalent to gianduia, which is often milk chocolate when used as a gelato flavor. Sometimes, bacio will even have ground or chunks of hazelnut in it, or sprinkled on top of the container.
If you want to try this but it's not an available flavor (not outside the realm of possibility since it's not as common a flavor as something like chocolate) you can kind of make your own by asking for a scoop of [dark] chocolate and a scoop of hazelnut, and if you're lucky, they have crushed hazelnuts which can be added as a topping (not very common since the only common topping is panna).
